Fusion of Natural Beauty and Elegant Design in Lush, Timeless Wedding Day at Pinewood

The moment that high school sweethearts Grace Myler and Jake Nesburg saw the towering trees at Pinewood, they instantly knew that it was the perfect place to host their big day. As the founder of wedding content creation company Grace Myler Media, Grace made sure the day was full of intention and beauty. Beneath the natural beauty of the venue, the couple tied the knot in front of a jaw-dropping floral arch comprised of sweet peas and ranunculus, “a seamless fusion of nature and design,” the bride explains. As an avid reader, Grace wished to have a celebration that emphasized the beginning of the next chapter of their relationship, and she implemented this bookish idea throughout the design of the reception. From the start, family and friends were invited to find their seats on either side of an elegantly styled bookshelf that served as part of the seating chart. Dark green books that served as table numbers sat between bud vases and taper candles that trickled their way down the tables. Cocktail napkins that adorably said, “And they lived happily ever after,” as well as custom bookmarks and newspapers were cute touches that tied together the romance and class of the day. The ceremony arch, having been moved inside, served as a stunning frame for the photo-op mirror—a must at any content creator’s wedding. For their first dance, the bride surprised her new husband by wearing his mother’s wedding gown. As the evening went on, guests were welcomed to popcorn bags labeled “His Favorite” or “Her Favorite” as a creative twist on the signature cocktail trend. With two more outfit changes throughout the night, the bride was able to show off her incredible love for fashion while keeping the party fresh and lively.
