Danielle Biers first met Terry Capan during move-in weekend of their freshman year at college, but it wasn’t until six years later that the two began dating. Luckily, it didn’t take nearly as long to choose a destination and theme for their wedding. Terry wanted a weekend-getaway feel for their big day, and when Danielle discovered Juliane James Place, they fell in love all over again. As an art director, Danielle has always loved paper, so she set to work making most of the flowers out of paper, and the couple added vintage books and typewriters to complete the theme. The day was filled to the brim with charming details, but for Danielle, the true highlight was saying their vows during a romantic ceremony in the middle of the woods.
Tall trees, paper flowers, and local resources.
