Since opening last year, the Harvest Grill has hosted more than 50 weddings and is nearly booked for the 2012 season. The reason? A staff dedicated to making every wedding experience as unique as the state of Minnesota itself.
“Our entire staff is going to do whatever it takes to make your wedding perfect,” says Jason Hines, president and owner. “We aim for that every time.”
At Harvest Grill, that starts with the menu. Using local ingredients and cooking from scratch, they bring Minnesota to each and every dish.
“We hear all the time that it’s the best wedding food people have ever had,” says Hines, adding that the chicken chardonnay is easily one of their most popular dishes. The lightly breaded chicken breast served with a chardonnay cream sauce, wild rice pilaf and seasonal Minnesota vegetables keeps wedding guests coming back to the Harvest Grill long after the reception has ended.
The venue is also home to one of the most advanced technology systems in Minnesota, boasting concert-quality sound, three large digital screens and high-tech lighting and social media capabilities.
