Step into a Mediterranean dreamscape where European sophistication meets alfresco elegance. Inspired by the sun-drenched charm of a coastal city, Lindsay Kunz and Kimberly Seymour, co-owners and lead planners at Pink Peony Events, crafted a luxurious wedding design overlooking Bde Maka Ska at The Beach Club. Hues of earthy greens, buttery yellows and soft peach evoked the essence of an Italian summer. Grand installations of thriving foliage framed the ceremony space, creating a lush backdrop for the brides’ union at the venue’s iconic staircase. The stunning brides donned two modern looks: one in a short and sweet dress and the other in an asymmetrical gown, each accessorized with bold earrings.
The celebration flowed seamlessly outdoors, where refreshing Aperol Spritzes, Basil Limoncello cocktails and serene lake views were reminiscent of the Italian Riviera. Beneath graceful chandeliers, the tablescape radiated romantic charm with bountiful floral arrangements in delicate hues. Rattan details wove texture into the design, seen in the chargers, signage and chairs. Juicy oranges added a playful pop, echoing the lemon illustrations in the stationery suite. From the airy setting to vibrant citrus accents, every detail came together to create an immersive experience and an intimate escape to the heart of the Mediterranean.
