Christina and Vu wed last spring at the Hutton House in Medicine Lake, but their true love story began many years before when the two initially met in elementary school. The couple eventually reconnected in college and began a romantic relationship, culminating in their gorgeous nuptials which featured delicate details and meaningful cultural nods. Florals by Rose Botanical were a carefully-curated combination of pale pinks with subtle infusions of muted yellows and orange hues that added dainty layering featuring roses and orchids among other varieties. One of the day's most breathtaking details was a hanging floral arrangements which featured a gorgeous ombré of colors and dried accents and was an eye-catching floating centerpiece. A floral altar echoed these gorgeous arrangements and served as a backdrop for our newlyweds to exchange their vows, which was a refined and cohesive décor choice. The reception kept things feeling airy with a minimalistic setup and a natural golden glow from the sun's lighting. Given the drama of the overhead florals, florals were kept simple on tables which featured exquisite ikebana-style pieces as subtle accents. The Salted Cake created a confection that artistically interpreted the day's colors and florals onto a gorgeous two-tiered cake. As the evening continued, Christina and Vu changed into traditional attire to pay homage to their cultures, and guests joined the couple for a traditional gift-giving exchange.
