Some couples agonize over the location for their wedding, but not Rachel Arford and Graham Hall. From the time that Graham proposed in Paris, they knew that their big day would revolve around Café Lurcat. “We fell in love with Café Lurcat because of the fabulous food and interior, the historic building and the park setting,” Rachel says. “Sort of like we found a little bit of Paris hidden away in Minneapolis. When we lived around Loring Park we spent a lot of time walking around the park and had an occasional celebratory dinner there.” All of their wedding details—from the flowers, cake and invitations to Rachel’s wedding dress—were selected to fit the space. The outdoor patio and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Loring Park provided the perfect setting for their classic nuptials.
