Kerby Rigelman was a determined second-grader. When he first saw Kailee Draz, he was smitten and did whatever he could to win her heart. It took until 10th grade before she finally came around, and they’ve been together ever since. The pair loves to play outdoors all year round—hiking and boating, four-wheeling and Jet Skiing. And when they’re indoors, they love to cook. Theirs was a wedding day full of surprises, from the enormous K that Kailee’s father and brother-in-law painted high up on a bluff in town to the horse-drawn carriage that her parents had arranged to take them from the church to the reception to the fireworks that Kerby’s parents planned for their first dance, a perfect expression of the fireworks that a little second-grade boy felt when he laid eyes on his bride-to-be so many years before.
