They met and fell in love at the University of St. Thomas, so it was a no-brainer for Justine Paulson and Matthew Knutson to choose the university chapel for their wedding ceremony. And once they walked into the Profile Event Center and saw the sparkling ballroom, they knew they had found their reception venue. With “Once in a while love gives you a fairy tale” as their theme, the couple created a glamorous event filled with all-white flower arrangements, candelabras, cobalt blue accents and, as the bride puts it, “lots of sparkle.” One of the most unusual details was the personal attention to the wine; Matthew’s parents made all of the wine served at the wedding and guests took home wine glasses as favors.
