Mindy Saunders and Ryan Vint, who started dating their freshman year of high school, had always thought the Calhoun Beach Club was beautiful, but seeing the terrace convinced them it was the perfect spot for their wedding reception. “We loved the lake views and all of the natural light,” says Mindy. Although they didn’t have a specific wedding theme, they incorporated fun elements that represented each of them throughout the day, like the late-night snacks that were bite-sized versions of all of Ryan’s favorite foods. The highlight of the day for Mindy was when the couple first saw each other all decked out. “It was very emotional for the both of us,” she says, “but such a happy, loving moment that we will always remember.”
