It was love, Italian style, for Caeli Quiggle and Donato De Quarto, who met in Italy when she was his English teacher. Nothing was lost in translation—over the course of their lessons, they fell head over heels for each other. The couple wanted to combine their two cultures for a simple yet elegant wedding. They chose Aria because they wanted an iconic Minneapolis setting. “Once we saw the space, wonderful art and that awesome picture of Prince [in the foyer], we were in,” says Caeli. They were both laid-back during the planning process, focused mainly on throwing an unforgettable party with great people, food and music. “The entire night was incredible,” says Caeli. “I don’t think there is anything like being at your own wedding. We were completely moved seeing our two families together.”
