With a breathtaking view of the Colorado Rockies as a backdrop, GT Johnson went down on one knee to propose to Grace Wilson, then friends and family popped up immediately after to surprise her. It was a long way from Eagan, where the two met in seventh grade, and their wedding at Equestria West was a testimony to a long relationship. “It felt like a culmination of years and years of friendship and love,” GT reflected. He said their “I do’s” were “really special, because it was an official actualization of the commitment we have had for each other for such a long time.” The couple made the most of Equestria’s pristine setting to create a contemporary design with traditional touches. The courtyard ceremony was graced with sumptuous bouquets of white, peach, pink and blue blossoms, each with baby’s breath at the base of the cloud-like arrangements. Later, to add to the wow factor, Grace and GT borrowed a family friend’s vintage blue convertible, a great setup for photos of the couple and their guests.
