After five years of success as a mobile custom sunless tanning service and operating out of two Sola salons, goGLOW opened its first stand-alone boutique in Edina’s chic 50th and France neighborhood. In addition to its four spray rooms, the space includes an über-stylish, all-white private event room that’s perfect for bachelorette parties, pre-wedding rentals and bridal party mingling in between customized tans.
“It’s the perfect space to just lounge with your bridesmaids or treat them to a tan while they help you get crafty and DIY your wedding placecards,” says Ali Ericksen, vice president at goGLOW.
The private room is fully furnished and features a white granite countertop beverage and buffet bar, and the space can be styled however the bride wants. Private tans at the Edina salon cost $45; parties can enjoy discounted rates. Each spray tan includes a pH-balancing spray, custom tanning solution and a hydro-mist solution packed with antioxidants, vitamins and aloe.
“It’s great to see how a bride’s confidence skyrockets after receiving a goGLOW tan,” Ericksen says. “They are so excited for their big event.”
