There’s something special about beginning a new chapter in a place with a story of its own. At Harvester Square, couples celebrate inside St. Cloud’s historic 539 Building, where the character of the past has been thoughtfully reimagined for modern weddings.
Designed for celebrations ranging from intimate gatherings of 50 to weddings of up to 400 guests, Harvester Square offers the kind of balance couples often spend months searching for: a venue with enough personality to feel distinctive, enough flexibility to make it their own and the modern amenities needed to bring an entire wedding day together in one place.

Historic Character, Made for Today
A venue with history brings something to a wedding that can’t simply be designed into a room. There’s a sense of place from the moment guests arrive, giving the celebration a backdrop that already feels established and distinctive.
Harvester Square embraces that character without asking couples to design their wedding around it. The historic setting has been transformed into a contemporary event venue that can take on a wide range of aesthetics, giving florals, lighting, rentals and personal details room to shape the space around each couple’s vision.
That creative freedom extends to the team couples bring with them. With the exception of food and beverage, which are exclusively provided by Custom Catering, Harvester Square allows couples to select their own wedding professionals rather than requiring them to work from a preferred-vendor list. Outside décor professionals are also welcome, giving planners and creative partners the flexibility to transform the space for each celebration.

From the First Look to the Last Dance
One of the quiet luxuries of a wedding day is not having to rush from one place to another.
At Harvester Square, couples can host both their ceremony and reception in one location, allowing the day to unfold naturally without asking guests to travel between venues. Wedding parties have access to dedicated bridal and groom’s suites, creating private spaces to get ready, exchange gifts, share a toast or simply take in the anticipation before the celebration begins.
All-day access begins at 9am., giving planners and vendors valuable time to prepare before guests arrive and allowing couples to settle into the experience rather than feel as though they’re racing the clock. With room for up to 400 guests, the venue can also accommodate celebrations ranging from intimate gatherings to larger receptions filled with extended family and friends.

Thoughtful Details, Already Considered
When couples first fall in love with a venue, they’re usually thinking about the setting. As planning progresses, it’s often the practical details that make the greatest difference.
Harvester Square incorporates many of those essentials into the experience. Tables and chairs are included with the venue rental, while linens, plates, silverware and glassware are included with rental and catering. An A/V system and microphones are available for the moments that deserve to be heard, and the venue can accommodate both DJs and live bands.
Food and beverage are handled exclusively by Custom Catering, creating continuity between the venue and dining experience. A tasting is included, while couples retain the flexibility to select an outside commercial bakery for dessert.
Taken together, those inclusions mean fewer individual pieces for couples to source and coordinate, leaving more energy for the details that make the celebration feel personal.

A Wedding That Welcomes Everyone
A beautiful wedding isn’t experienced only by the couple. The people they’ve gathered to celebrate alongside them are part of the story, too.
Harvester Square offers complimentary onsite parking for up to 225 vehicles, with additional overflow parking available. An elevator and ADA-compliant restrooms help make the venue accessible for guests with varying mobility needs.
Couples hoping to turn the wedding into more than a single celebration can also inquire about hosting additional gatherings at the venue. If available, the night before the wedding can be rented beginning four months ahead of the date, creating the possibility of welcoming loved ones together before the wedding day even begins.

A Venue with a Story, Ready for Yours
For all the decisions couples make while planning a wedding, some of the most important come down to feeling. Does the venue feel like somewhere you want to gather everyone you love? Can you picture yourself walking into the room, sitting down to dinner and stepping onto the dance floor? Does it leave enough space for the celebration to become unmistakably yours?
Harvester Square begins with something that can’t be ordered from a rental catalog: a genuine sense of place. Its home within St. Cloud’s historic 539 Building gives every celebration character from the start, while modern amenities, thoughtful inclusions and creative flexibility allow couples to build upon that history rather than be defined by it.
For couples drawn to spaces with a past but planning a wedding that feels entirely of the moment, Harvester Square offers the opportunity to begin married life somewhere that already knows a thing or two about starting a new chapter.
