Downtown Wayzata is quickly becoming a wedding planning destination. Three wedding businesses have joined forces in a 2,600-square-foot showroom at 775 Lake St. E. Watermark Stationery creates custom invitations, Kismet Event Group offers planning services, and Robert Evans Imagery offers stunning photography.

In addition, Marie Suchy, owner of Posh Bridal Couture, has opened two more shops. The Posh Rack features overstocked final sale gowns at discounted prices. Posh Etc. offers bridesmaids and the mother of the bride their own special experience. “I am excited because we can hit every demographic now,” says Suchy. “Brides can come on a Saturday, see us, have lunch, then go see Watermark, Kismet and Robert Evans, and stay the whole day.”

Adding to the fun, A La Mode Boutique and Nail Salon joins the party with a new location on Lake Street, offering luxury nail services for brides-to-be.
