At the law school formal where Kieron Frazier first met Gina Heggelman, she was someone else’s date—but he couldn’t shake the wonderful feeling that he met the woman he was destined to marry. The two re-connected a year later when Gina was single, and the rest is history. The theme for their Calhoun Beach Club wedding was 1930s jazz meets Hollywood glam. “We chose the Calhoun Beach Club because of its unique Art Deco ambiance, and also because of its timeless elegance,” Gina says. Music played a big role in their big day: Gina and her father sang a duet of “Unforgettable,” the bride crooned Billie Holiday’s “Them There Eyes” to her groom at the reception, and the entire Frazier family performed a choreographed dance to “She’s a Bad Mama Jama” during the mother-son dance. The couple also made time for plenty of photo op fun, including some snaps with Kieron, son of former Vikings head coach Leslie Frazier, and pals donning Vikings caps to honor his football family legacy.
