The Essence Event Center offers a generous 15-hour rental window, providing plenty of time for setup, celebration, and tear-down. Their open catering policy lets couples choose their preferred caterers, as long as they meet the venue’s insurance requirements.
The venue includes lap-length linens, napkins, black Chiavari chairs, round reception tables, and cocktail tables. Experienced staff including floor staff, bartenders, A/V technicians, door hosts, and a venue coordinator help ensure every detail is executed flawlessly. A zoned in-house sound system with lighting and microphones makes certain that music, speeches, and special moments are heard and felt throughout the space.

Couples enjoy exclusive use of the venue for the full rental period, providing complete privacy for their celebration. On-site parking is available, with additional overflow and ramp parking clearly marked. The venue accommodates 100–300 seated guests and up to 500 standing, offering flexibility for intimate gatherings or larger celebrations. Nearby hotels including The Saint Paul Hotel, Hampton Inn and Suites Downtown, and DoubleTree Roseville make it easy for guests to stay close to the celebration.
