D’AMICO CATERING

D’Amico Catering (@damicocatering) created a dramatic three-tiered cake utilizing a decoration technique as a nod to the over-piping Lambeth style of the 1930s. Using a variety of piping styles, they created a delectable buttercream cake with a layered, monochromatic design. The cherry on top? Cherries dusted with an edible vintage gold glitter, of course.

THE BUTTERED TIN

Bringing a playful yet elegant flair to the traditional Lambeth cake, The Buttered Tin (@thebutteredtin) created a heart-shaped confection that’s equally sweet as it is adorable. Intricate piping and a “Just Married” inscription grace the dreamy, blue, heart-shaped cake. Glittered cherries add a dash of sparkle, adhering to the fun vibe.

BUTTERCREAM

Paying homage to the classic details of times gone by, Buttercream (@buttercreamweddingcakes) used ornate icing work to craft this classic dessert. Surrounded by a lavish tablescape, this one-tiered cake serves as a reminder of the grand affairs of a past era.

HEY THERE, CUPCAKE

Influenced by the traditional style of 19th- to early 20th-century Lambeth cakes, Hey There, Cupcake (@_heytherecupcake) produced a grand four-tiered masterpiece. To adhere to the theme, royal icing was used for the complex piped details and drop lines. Adding a touch of femininity and eye-catching texture, satin bows were a flawless final garnish for this coquette confection.
