Baker’s Table, featuring desserts from top-notch pastry chef Amy Zerwas, is a new service added to the St. James wedding experience.
It begins with a cake consultation where Zerwas works with the couple to learn about their vision. She then creates a 3D image of what the cake or dessert display will look like for the nearly weds to review. “Everything is completely customizable,” says social media and marketing coordinator Chelsea Lockrem. “Whatever your dream is, we can make it a reality!”
Many flavors are available, ranging from classics like lemon, almond, and chocolate, to their biggest hit, lavender blueberry sage.
If you want an additional option to accompany your cake or are looking for something different altogether, Baker’s Table also offers a wide array of dessert selections from tortes, cheesecakes, pannacotta, cookies, bars and much more.
