I think what makes Emily & Ben's wedding most unique is that it took place at Plymouth Congregational Church and Minikahda just like Emily's parents — generational influence and inspiration. Her grandmother also had her reception at Minikahda. They did, however, modernize it with theme-colored macaroons, ice cream/sorbet and cigar bars along with the sparkler send off. A note from photographer: This wedding was both bold and modern while remaining classic - which I think fits perfectly with Minikahda's new interior! They weren't afraid to go for it, especially in the flowers. Also a fun note - Emily got her dress at Kleinfeld's in NYC (a la "Say Yes To The Dress")
