We make premium non-alcoholic beverages designed for the full arc of a meal, with the same intention a serious beverage program brings to its wine list. Our foundation is verjus, the high-acid juice pressed from grapes that winemakers discard before harvest. It gives our beverages the tension and structure that hold up alongside food, and alongside wine, without compromise. We build complexity through slow-brewed botanical tisanes, made from whole ingredients, aged a minimum of one month, which continue to develop in bottle.

We come in two formats, because weddings are not one-size events. The 750mL bottle is made for sharing, and sharing a bottle is a ritual worth keeping. Put it on the table and let it do what a good bottle does. The 355mL is single-serve, single-open, and ready for by-the-glass service, no open bottle liability, no waste, and a lower cost per pour. For high-volume events, it also means your event team spends less time managing inventory and more time taking care of your guests.
