What’s better than a chocolate glazed doughnut? Maybe a chocolate glazed doughnut filled with brownie buttercream and topped with Oreo pieces. If you’re thinking, “I need this deliciousness right now,” then you’re going to want to know about NOLO Donut Cart, a customizable doughnut cart rolling out for events.

Jessica Baker and Cole Anderson perfectly blend their talents in NOLO. Baker is an entrepreneurship major at North Central University in Minneapolis and was a product photographer (counting a doughnut shop among her clients), while Anderson worked in wedding catering and helped run his grandma’s Key lime pie bar at various events. Starting the doughnut cart was pretty much this duo’s destiny.

Here’s how it works: You pick from one of six menu options, like the strawberry shortcake, extreme cereal, chocolate chunk and death by s’mores. Each option comes with two types of doughnuts, two buttercream filling flavors and three toppings. Guests can then customize their doughnut sandwich any way they want. For example, the death by s’mores starts with a doughnut base of raised glazed or chocolate iced, followed by a marshmallow or chocolate buttercream filling and topped with graham cracker crumbs, mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.

And, because there may be no better match than coffee and doughnuts, NOLO serves Wesley Andrews coffee. Alright, maybe you and your honey are a better match, but it is coffee and doughnuts we’re talking about here.
