Amy Michaels didn’t want to fight her 10 bridesmaids for mirror space in a cramped hotel suite while prepping for her wedding day, so she opted to use one of the hotel’s bigger conference rooms. Only problem? It was, well, a conference room—not exactly the setting she’d envisioned for getting ready with her girls.
“As we looked for vanities to rent, we couldn’t find a business that catered to this need, so we created it,” says Michaels’ mom, Heidi Mathson, who, along with Amy and daughter-in-law Molly Michaels, started Dream Day Dressing Rooms, a pop-up bridal suite and groom room rental company.
The trio delivers everything you need to create a comfortable, glam environment for getting ready, including full-length mirrors, stylish furniture, wardrobe racks, lighted vanities and privacy screens.

And they really will deliver just about anywhere. “Last summer we delivered to an island in the middle of Bay Lake,” Mathson says. “We shuttled everything over on a pontoon boat.”
