The moment when a bride finds her perfect dress is pretty magical, and it’s why Annie Corbin and Kate Applebaum opened Annika, a new, super-chic bridal boutique in Edina.

“We just love that moment when the bride finds her dress,” Applebaum says. “That brings us such joy and fulfills our passion of matching superb service with the perfect gown for every woman.”

With big-name bridal designers like Marchesa, Galia Lahav and Reem Acra, falling in love with a dress is pretty easy to do. Annika has exclusive partnerships with these designers and more, adding a new aesthetic—and level of luxury—to the area.

“We both grew up in Minnesota and feel strongly about bringing the very best designers from around the world directly to the women in our local community,” Applebaum says.

Matching the modern elegance of the gowns: the stylish boutique. Décor stays true to our state’s Nordic heritage, with Scandinavian design elements throughout the large space.

But of course you’re there for the dresses, and the selection doesn’t disappoint. Each gown is hand-selected by the owners with the Minnesota bride in mind. From classic silhouettes to edgier fashions, the carefully-curated selection is impressive.

Corbin and Applebaum, who combined have more than a decade of bridal experience on both local and national fronts, take appointments to offer their expertise—and to witness those unforgettable “this is the one” moments.
