Allison Olsen and Nathaniel Champion met as colleagues in New York, but it wasn’t until two years later, when they were living California, that Nate proposed, a few days before Christmas 2018. Allie was opening a big, beautifully wrapped gift, but it was the small gift inside that was the real surprise. Before she knew it, Nate was on one knee as she opened the velvet box containing the ring as their dog, Cowboy, looked on. The next day, the two flew to Allie's hometown in Minnesota and shared the joyous news with her family. The wedding was stunning, though it was reconfigured a few times due to COVID-19. Gorgeous floral details in summery oranges, creamy whites and warm yellows, along with a huge hydrangea wreath behind the head table, played an important role, while blue and green hydrangea centerpieces added to the seasonal vibe. A sweet ceremony followed by heartfelt speeches made the day even more meaningful, especially after being separated from friends and family for so long. And a year after the wedding, the couple will add to the family with a baby girl!
Allie and Nate's elegant event was the perfect fit for their nuptials surrounded by family and friends.
