Sha’Daesha Beeks and Leondre Burkhalter’s love story began on their taco shop first date, which soon turned into the fun tradition of tacos and margaritas on every anniversary. When planning their wedding, the pair desired a celebration as lively and energetic as they are and wanted to show their friends and families just how much they loved and appreciated them. And they did just that! After being invited to dress to the nines, many guests arrived at Urban Daisy sporting bright pops of color as they made their way toward the golden champagne display. The primarily blue and white theme, accented with touches of gold and green, provided an air of elegance and class to the modern wedding. At the end of the aisle were grand floral arrangements, both on the ground level and in tall glass vases atop golden stands. Daesha’s bouquet stood out, as it incorporated several different types of flowers of the same color scheme, arranged in a gorgeous, cascading design. Wishing to honor their ancestors, the couple “jumped the broom” to signify their union. In the reception space, the geometric, five-tiered white and gold cake featured the newlyweds’ monogram and the coordinates of a location special to them. Following a night of dancing and laughter, guests were treated to a late-night food truck as they sent Leo and Daesha off beneath an adorable bubble exit.
