Minnesota Bride welcomed the wedding community to The Essence Event Center in Saint Paul for Party on the Peak, a cozy après-ski–inspired celebration marking the release of the Spring/Summer 2026 issue. Planned and designed by HappiLily Events, the evening blended Minnesota winter-lodge charm with elevated details—bringing industry professionals together to connect and celebrate—and be inspired, of course.
Guests arrived to a warm, welcoming atmosphere complemented by valet service from Unparalleled Parking, with transportation support provided by Executive Transportation. The Minnesota Bride team was party-ready thanks to JJ Bridal Artistry, who provided hair and makeup ahead of the festivities. Inside, the space was styled with layered rentals and décor elements from LED Marquee Twin Cities, Linen Effects and additional enhancements by Festivities, while draping by We’ve Got It Covered helped transform the venue into an inviting winter retreat. Reverie Social linens set a polished foundation for the design, alongside ceiling rigging by PHOS Event Design.
Throughout the event, floral moments by Martha’s Gardens were paired with candlelight from Palms, Psalms & Prosecco, creating a soft glow across the room. Paper, Rock Scissor provided design and graphics, while Midwest Dance Floors added custom decals and installed bar details. Interactive entertainment from Minnesota Ice brought an unexpected wow factor.
Guests sipped coffee from Bean Sprout Coffee Co., enjoyed bites from Crave Catering & Events, desserts from Chowgirls and wine from Chankaska Creek Winery. Two photo booth experiences invited guests to capture the fun—Time Into Pixels debuted new AI features with their booth, while UP Event Group delivered DJ services alongside enhancements of uplighting and photo booth moments. The celebration was documented by Tonya Hjort Photography and Cal’s Wedding Videography, and Unveiled Content Co. captured the night in real time. Editorial Director Lara Burnap and Publisher Brooke Beise shared remarks in honor of the issue’s release and the strong community it heralds.
