This tasteful interpretation of natural love led to a breathtaking styled shoot put together by Events by Jess and Emily Grace Cakes featuring a glamorous neutral color palette. The vision for the shoot took inspiration from two elements: earth and wind. Throughout the design, unique accents paid homage to these two elements in interesting ways. Earth was embodied through many pieces of the design, from the concrete and stone vases and tables to exploring texture across the three exquisite cake creations. Created by Emily Grace Cakes, these confections showcased a variety of styles and shapes while all adhering to the core of the design. The neutral color palette focused on shades of beige, grey, white, tan and slate and was also a nod to earth. Dainty gold accents made for a distinct and refined design. To capture the movement and flow of wind, elegant draping was a theme and our bride's second gown featured a dramatic veil and cape that created gorgeous shapes and silhouettes. Wardrobe choices were understated but striking, featuring two dresses designed by Colby John Bridal and a dapper grey suit from Knights Chamber. The first dress showcased a classic plunging neckline and a low back, with a flowing train, and the second opted for more drama featuring puffed sleeves and a floral cape. Floral design from 651 Studio Floral played off of the theme of natural love and incorporated a mix of fresh and dried florals. Alongside dried hydrangeas, roses, orchids, ranunculus and babies breath, elements like moss and twigs were added in creating dynamic arrangements. A standout of the design was the floating floral installation, a perfect intersect of whimsy and glamour featuring extravagant florals. Inspiration from the event actually led floral designer Candace to create unique floral earrings and a floral headpiece, a dreamy addition to the decor. Emily of Emily Grace Cakes commented on the inspiration, "Natural Love… When love comes naturally, it creates a beautiful connection."
