Erin and Eric met at a friend's wedding and tied the knot two years later. Family heritage was of importance to the couple as the bride's great-grandfather was a Swedish immigrant and the American Swedish Institute was the perfect spot to celebrate. A lover of nature, the bride wanted floral elements to be spread throughout the entire day, a perfect addition to the romantic grounds of the historic mansion. A light, airy reception was accompanied by live music, a passion of the couple. Light purple tones were incorporated into the day with the bridesmaids' floor-length dresses - a nod to the Minnesota Vikings and Prince's "Purple Rain." White and gold colors with a touch of greenery graced the tables as guests dined and danced late into the evening.
What's more Minnesotan than purple accents hinting the love for the Minnesota Vikings and Prince?
