Megan and Willy’s love story ignited on the dating app Hinge and culminated in a wedding celebration that captured their deep connection and passion for Minneapolis. Held in the industrial-chic Mosaic venue, the wedding seamlessly blended modern and timeless, featuring a black and white palette accented by blush and beige. Contemporary florals adorned every corner of the venue, setting a sophisticated tone. A large custom steel initial graced with floral arrangements made a wow-worthy wall display. Wheat, symbolizing abundance and inspired by Willy’s parents’ rings, played a leading role in the décor. Boutonnieres and table settings featured delicate wheat accents, tying together family traditions and the couple’s unique story. Smoked glassware in the tablescape added a striking touch, while custom wax seals affixed to menus were a nod to their beloved dog, Tito. To ensure the lively atmosphere wasn’t confined to the dance floor, activities including a photo booth and two arcade games kept guests engaged throughout the festivities. The couple’s first song, “This Too Shall Last,” was profoundly significant for the couple, a twist on Megan’s late Poppop’s words of wisdom that “This too shall pass.” Dancing to the vibrant tunes courtesy of Bluewater Kings was the highlight of the night, making the joyous and unforgettable celebration one that left guests declaring it the most fun wedding they’d ever attended.
