Florist and designer Candace Holmstadt of 651 Studio & Floral Design had a vision to reverse reality for her latest wedding inspiration shoot at Woodhaven Weddings + Events. Holmstadt's bride, in a sleek off the shoulder gown by Colby John, represented a 2021 Cinderella. Hair by Theresa placed Holmstadt's specialty florals throughout Cinderella's updo, and Makeup by Mindie created her magical makeup. Blues and pinks were the chosen color palette to represent Cinderella's iconic blue dress with a modern, blush and peach, twist. Cinderella's Prince Charming of the shoot wore a light blue suit by Friar Tux. Desserts for the day were plentiful with dreamy cotton candy by Spin It and two cakes courtesy of Hanisch Bakery and Emily Grace Cakes. Night Owl Designs created a "Happily Ever After" sign featured above the fireplace in Woodhaven's lounge area. With planning by Amy's Cherished Events for a day shot by Vick Photography, "Happily Ever After" was a fitting caption indeed.
651 Studio & Floral Design envisioned a fantastical shoot for the modern day Cinderella.
