What types of bridal wear do you offer (gowns, formalwear, flower girl dresses, accessories, etc)?   

We offer a large selection of handpicked bridal gowns as well as rehearsal dinner dresses, reception dress, honeymoon dresses, flower girls, veils, jewelry, shoes, & hair accessories.

What bridal gown designers do you carry?  

We carry exclusively Ian Stuart Bridal, Matthew Christopher Couture, Jorge Manuel Bridal, The Stephen Birnbaum Collection and Badgley Mischka as well as Nicole Miller,  Simone Carvalli, Casablanca Bridal and Allure. 

Do you offer any bridal wear services? 

We offer full alterations with a master seamstress.

What is your philosophy towards working with brides?  

Our philosophy is simple….we want to make the brides remember their dress shopping experience.  We give excellent customer service from their first appointment to their wedding day.  We carry unique designs by exclusive designers to give our brides a one-of-a-kind dress. 

What type of wedding accessories do you carry?  

We carry a full line of veils, jewelry, shoes, and hair accessories

Do you require an appointment to try on dresses?  

We do request appointments so we can make sure we have an experienced sales consultant available to help them. We have an online scheduling system which makes appointment making easy.   

Are on-site alterations available?

Do you offer gown preservation?  

We partner with a local shop

How long does it typically take from the time you order a dress to the time it arrives?  

The time to receive a dress varies based on designer, with couture designers taking longer.  Our suggestion to all of our brides is order your dress 9-12 months prior to the wedding which will allow 6-9 months for the dress and 2-3 months for the alterations. 

Will you store my gown until the week before the wedding?  

YES!  We have a large backroom to store it in.  We absolutely love when our brides pick up the dress the week of.  It gives us the opportunity to give them a hug, wish them luck & maybe even shed a little tear!  J  Will it be pressed when I pick it up?  We do steam all dresses and veils however we are not professional steamers so we do recommend taking the dress to a professional steamer if they are particular about pressing. 

Is there anything else you would like me to know?  

Yes…we are half way through year 4 of business for Posh and very proud of the direction we are going.  We have worked hard to stay dedicated to our mission statement – customer service is our number one focus.  While doing this, we have brought in many designers that are established as well as up & coming with unique designs from all over the world.  When you come to Posh, you will know that the owner has a relationship with the designer…so she can commit to the high standard of customer service promised.  We spend a lot of time researching designers, interviewing them and making sure they are a good fit with the Posh Bride.   Through this process, our Posh bride has come from all corners of America, the Caribbean and even Europe.  The Posh experience is like no other and we are very proud of that.
