Bridget and Riley celebrated their love with a traditional ceremony courtesy of the ornately adorned Basilica of Saint Mary. After the couple’s first look, the bride also shared a heartfelt first greeting with her father before he walked her down the aisle. Bridget complimented the architecture in classic white with a pop of sparkle from her gold Jimmy Choo peep toes, the bridesmaids a subtle pastel, and Riley a simple silver bowtie. Given the grandeur of the Basilica, the aisle naturally felt like walking a mile from end to end, though provided a fitting stage for the bride’s cathedral-length veil. Following the first kiss, the party headed south down Hennepin to the gorgeous Calhoun Beach Club, in keeping with the timeless vibe of the celebration. Chandeliers and more white accents paired beautifully with rustic gold embellishments from the tablescape. Bridget swapped the veil for a simple Baby’s Breath crown, much less cumbersome for the festivities to come.

From the photographers blog:

"When my friend Bridget asked me to shoot her wedding, I was through the roof ecstatic. Not only did I know Bridget couldn't take a bad picture, I know her and Riley's wedding would be so beautiful, detailed, and more importantly FUN. In other words, a photographer's dream wedding."
