"I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Krista for over a year, a year and a half, with the full planning and design package. I am so honored that I had the chance to work with her. After our introductory meeting, I cancelled all other potential planners as I knew she was the one I wanted to be with me every step of the way. As a bride living out of state while planning a wedding, Krista did fantastic keeping me on track of the planning process and made it enjoyable. Her talent for active listening, caring demeanor and professionalism made it super easy to work with her. The zoom meetings that we had were the highlights of my week. I appreciated that she honored vendors and decisions we had already made by the time we had connected with her, but it was great that she brought such a wealth of connections with the remaining vendors that we required for our day. During our time together, Krista turned our virtual meetings into a vision board that was so spot on, no revisions were needed. Looking at her prior work, you can see her wide versatility – this was important to me when doing research for a coordinator. Krista provided guidance throughout the entire process, but especially the week of. I will never forget our conversation at our final walk through at the venue. On our wedding day, Krista arrived early to help us unload into the venue. Krista and her team were there every step of the way. Our transportation trolly malfunctioned, and Kirsta and her team got us a replacement transport – and kept us on the wedding timeline schedule. Walking into the room on our wedding day, it brought me to tears to see our final beautiful vision that we had worked on come to life. Her role didn’t stop there - during dancing, the straps on my dress tore and Krista was prepared with her emergency kit (which is quite extensive). She helped safety pin my dress so I could enjoy the rest of my evening.

As someone who pays attention to the details, she was the only coordinator I could put my trust in so that we could enjoy our special day. "I called Krista in December ’21 shortly after we got engaged and told her that we wanted to have a wedding in the fall of ’22. She searched high and low to find venues that met are very specific criteria and was by our side asking the important questions of the venues, questions we never would have thought to ask, but turned out to be very crucial to the day and budget. Once we settled on a date, Krista immediately called her connections to get us lined up with an amazing florist, photographer, rental company, videographer, stationary designer, bridal store, and much more. She then started to pull together a vision board, which was a challenge since I gave her very little direction but what she turned around what exactly what I wanted. We used that vision board to guide us through the rest of the process as we discussed the design to all the vendors. She provided input on all decisions leading up to the big day but never pressuring us to decide one way or the other. In the final months, she lined up all final calls with the vendors, completed the timeline, and communicated with the vendors regarding any questions. On the wedding day, I had not a single concern, I had amazing sense of peace that Krista and her team would handle all challenges. The day was so smooth and looked better than I ever imagined. To this day, I still don’t know if there were any last minute problems or emergencies. When people asked if I was stressed through the process, my answer was always no.
