Where Fashion, Craftsmanship and Personal Service Come Together
July 23, 2026
For many brides, finding the dress is one of the most memorable moments of the wedding journey. The right boutique offers more than beautiful gowns. It creates an experience that feels personal, inspiring and entirely centered on the bride. At Ellie Belle, every appointment is thoughtfully designed to do exactly that.
Founded by Stephnora Peterson and named in honor of her daughter, Elizabeth ("Ellie"), Ellie Belle brings together luxury bridal, designer fashion and an in-house atelier under one roof. Located in Eden Prairie, the boutique offers a seamless experience where every step, from discovering the perfect gown to the final fitting, is guided by exceptional craftsmanship and personalized service.
Exclusive Designer Collections
Rather than offering an overwhelming selection, Ellie Belle has carefully curated a portfolio of celebrated bridal collections recognized for their artistry, craftsmanship and distinctive point of view. Brides will find exclusive Minnesota access to collections from Rosa Clará, Rosa Clará Couture, Anne Barge, Lazaro, Maison Perez, Yumi Katsura and Pollardi, with collections unavailable anywhere else in the state.
From clean architectural silhouettes and timeless elegance to romantic embellishment and couture-inspired drama, the collections celebrate a wide range of personal styles while reflecting the artistry of today's leading bridal designers.
The Art of the Perfect Fit
At the heart of the Ellie Belle experience is their in-house atelier, where expert craftsmanship continues long after a gown is selected. Professional alterations, tailoring, bespoke construction and custom embroidery are all completed on-site, allowing every gown to be refined with extraordinary attention to detail.
The atelier also welcomes garments purchased elsewhere, offering expert tailoring for brides, grooms and clients seeking exceptional craftsmanship. Keeping every fitting and alteration under one roof creates a seamless experience while ensuring each garment fits beautifully and feels uniquely personal.
