One of her favorite events featured a Minnesota farm-to-table theme. “Each station featured a region of the state,” she says. “We did North Shore wild rice soup shooters, Twin Cities’ Juicy Lucys, prairie ratatouille with parmesan polenta, and State Fair pretzel-crusted cheese curds.”
