After matching on a dating app but never meeting up, fate gave Bobbie and Matt an extra push—their paths crossed in person by pure chance while they were each out with friends in Hudson, Wisconsin. A few weeks later, they went on their first date. “It was one of those rare dates where everything just felt easy and right,” the pair reflected. With a little time and a “second first date,” things clicked into place, and they have been choosing each other ever since.
An annual tradition of celebrating Bobbie’s birthday with a trip to Orlando set the scene for a magical proposal. As usual, the couple were enjoying the amusement parks, and while exploring Central Park in Universal Studios, Matt popped the question amidst greenery and sunshine in a moment that felt “intimate, peaceful and full of warmth.”
A treasured walk frequented by both, the cobblestone paths and riverside views of St. Anthony Main served as a rich backdrop for their engagement session, captured by Jennifer Sanders Photography. Bringing a sense of ease and comfort to the couple, Sanders captured the pure love between Bobbie and Matt while they were truly in their element. For the future Mr. and Mrs., that sense of ease during their session was everything. “It felt meaningful to capture this moment somewhere that already holds such great memories for us.” --Ryley S.
