Thanks to the exploding popularity of image-sharing sites and wedding blogs, brides can find endless inspiration for styling their wedding. But with so many ideas floating around, even the most discerning brides can feel overwhelmed.

Alexis Harsh, owner of Watermark Stationery in Wayzata, has seen brides’ excitement and frustration firsthand, so when it came time for Harsh to redesign part of her website, she knew there was a better way for her clients to get inspired while also staying organized. The idea for The Bridal Style was born.

Similar to Pinterest, the Bridal Style allows users to follow other users’ style boards, copying images to their own boards. To help brides even more, boards can then be categorized around each part of a wedding (e.g., décor, flowers, food, etc.).

A website and mobile application, the Bridal Style has quickly morphed into much more than photo-sharing. “The Bridal Style is great for brides because they host their inspiration, planning tools and free wedding website in one location,” says Harsh. Highly interactive, the website allows users to pull images from websites including Facebook, export to-do lists, sync their calendars, create registry lists and research preferred vendors.

Signup is free and easy. To join, visit thebridalstyle.com or search for “The Bridal Style” in the applications tool on your mobile device.
