The guys at Vine Park Brewing Company in St. Paul will show you how; they provide the equipment and the ingredients to make your own vino from start to finish. But be sure to call ahead: If you want to serve your wine—or give it away—on your wedding day, you’ll need to plan at least nine months in advance, as your bottles will need several months to age. Short on time? Beer takes considerably less time to brew.
