Rachel & Joe
Sept. 10, 2011 with a ceremony at the Historic Street Car Station in St. Paul and a reception at Earle Brown Heritage Center in Brooklyn Center

Rachel Becker and Joe Warner’s story started with Amour—coincidentally enough, the word meaning "love" in many languages. Which is to say, Rachel stood in as an interim singer for Joe’s band Armour. Joe was instantly attracted to Rachel, but backed off, as at the time she was off the market. Goodbyes were said, but after Rachel moved to the Cities, the pair became inseparable. With their three year old son as their ring bearer, the couple married in an earth friendly wedding celebration, which mixed vintage and modern touches. A set budget and a 300-person guest list meant being thrifty was essential, so Rachel wore her mother-in-law’s (redesigned) dress and the pair chose a paperless invite, shown below.
