Lora & Tom

Both journalists for the Star Tribune, Lora Pabst and Tom Horgen know every nook of the Twin Cities. But since Tom covers nightlife for the newspaper, the pair chose to celebrate their wedding day in style amongst the dramatic design at Cosmos in the Graves 601 Hotel, located in the heart of downtown Minneapolis. Though the couple both attended the University of Minnesota, both worked for the campus newspaper and also both started their careers at the same central Minnesota newspaper, they didn't cross paths until they both started working at the Star Tribune. The one part of their wedding that didn't scream "Minneapolis" though? Tom's surprise proposal in Central Park—Lora's favorite place in her favorite city.
