Facebook, you are forever to thank for the happy couple Lesa Pulkrabek and Shane Hudak. After noticing a comment via Facebook, they had two friends in common from vastly different social groups. Two years later, Shane proposed among the lights of Rice Park in St. Paul, next to Marcy from the Peanuts crew. With such large extended families, their wedding would get big fast, so they decided to simplify and only include one friend each and their dates, an officiant—the mutual friend who’s Facebook page brought them together—and Lesa’s little girl Peyton, that gave Lesa away to Shane. Peyton also received a ring and was included in their vows to each other. With Minnesota weather in March to thank, they decided the TCF Bank Stadium in Minneapolis would be a fun and memorable place to get married. A broken heel after the wedding was a fumble, but Lesa didn’t care. It was one of the best days of her life.
