Thomas Abood went to new heights for his proposal to Amara Bieschke. Literally. He asked the big question while in the cockpit of a plane he was flying at 23,000 feet. The pair personified glamour throughout their winter wonderland wedding, exchanging vows at the Chapel of St. Thomas Aquinas, which was packed with well-wishers. A Minikahda Club reception—as well as 230 ice luminaries that the newlyweds made themselves, an ice bar and Amara's classic Vera Wang gown—carried the black tie theme through the night.
