CONSISTS OF 9,500 SQ' of event area complimented with a permanent full bar, large prep kitchen with two distinct working zones to allow for multiple caterers to use the space for the same event, two alcoves with furniture vignettes, a large coat room, two suites complete with counters for hair and makeup, lounge furniture, and space to relax and prepare for your event, and an expansive terrace overlooking the beautiful Minneapolis skyline. Soaring 17 foot ceilings with polished concrete floors give way to entire walls of black grid windows for a decidedly industrial feel. This is softened with subtle and unique wall details, a steely blue-gray ceiling, and adjustable lighting to create the exact feel you are looking for.
