“Our couples have impeccable taste, value authenticity over convention, have brilliant ideas and want to impress the hell out of their guests.” That’s Kelly Bollis, owner of MAVEN, an event production and design house, on the kinds of couples The Neu Neu venue attracts.

MAVEN reimagined and redesigned The Neu Neu, formerly 514 Studios, last year. Smack-dab in the heart of the North Loop neighborhood of Minneapolis, it’s artsy and cool and everything else you’d expect from people who live and breathe weddings and special events.

With its wood-beamed ceiling, an entire wall of windows in the bridal suite, a glass garage door and original brick, the space was already pretty dashing. After bringing in new furniture, building a 16-foot greenery wall (hello, Instagram!) and reconfiguring the space for better event flow, it’s even more striking.

The Neu Neu seats 150 and can accommodate up to 200 guests for a standing reception. Bonus: If you book The Neu Neu for your wedding, day-of coordination by the team at MAVEN is included.
