The Commodore may be famous for the speakeasy that flourished in its basement in the 1920s (frequented by Zelda and F. Scott Fitzgerald, those luminaries of the Jazz Age), but it has remained an icon into the present day. Emma and Ryan were engaged there, and knew it would be the perfect place for their wedding. They let the historic venue do the talking and accentuated the crystal chandeliers and rich color scheme with a custom flower wall. Guests enjoyed jazz music from the baby grand piano while they drank sparkling wine and ate macarons. Ivory roses served as both placecards and guest favors. The illustrated menu offered a selectrion of trout, steak, chicken or risotto with selected wine pairings for dinner. The bride changed into a glitzy ballgown for the party, and enjoyed a dance in front of the illuminated flower wall with the groom to end the night.
