What is the capacity of your reception location?

The capacity is 220 people.

What are your dinner prices for a sit-down and buffet?

Sit down entrees begin at $25.95, and buffets are priced at $30.95.

What is the rental cost?

Room rental for Friday and Saturday weddings are $475. The cost includes banquet facility and deck off the banquet hall.

Am I required to use your food, beverages, and serving attendants?

Yes, we have a fantastic staff that produces excellent cuisine and service.

What is your cake cutting fee?

There is a $1.25 charge per person for cutting and serving the cake.

What is your closing time?

All bands and DJ’s must finish no later than 12:00am. Guest must vacate the premises by 1:00am

Is there adequate parking available?

Yes, there is adequate parking available.

Do you have a PA system?

Yes, we have a PA system in our main banquet hall. This includes wireless microphones, iPod, laptop, and CD player hookups.

Do you have overnight accommodations?

We partner with area hotels close by which provide deals upon booking. Transportation to and from Olympic Hills and the Hotel can also be arranged.

Do you have space for doing a ceremony?

Yes, we have a lovely space overlooking our water fall garden which has a capacity of 220. Ceremony site fee is $1,200, which includes set up, tear down, and chair rental.

Is there anything else you would like me to know?
