Meet the Wedding Pro
I started Muddy Paws Cheesecake 30 years ago by catering weddings. I love the stories, the honor of being part of a couple's day, being part of their story and making wedding cheesecakes which are the best possible dessert to serve couples and their guests! I grew up baking in my parents restaurants and I still LOVE to bake!! At Muddy Paws Cheesecake, we make everything from scratch, by hand. Each cheesecake takes 30 hours to make! I bake them just like Grandma did!
I raised 4 children on my own, who are my pride and joy! I have 4 rescue dogs, 1 rescue cat (who thinks she's a dog) and I love to cook, lake life, art and local music. I spent a lot of my youth volunteering in underprivileged countries. I came back wanting to make the world a better place. So, the majority of our profits are donated to local animal rescue organizations and STEP family services.
