That’s why we offer choices through our multiple catering divisions - Apples Catering, Perfect Host Catering, Picnics Plus! and Mintahoe Beverage Services. From appetizer buffets to family style dining to classic plated meals and butler-passed hors d’oeuvres, we can create a menu that’s perfect for you!

Can your menus be customized to suit the client’s preference?

We like giving our clients lots of choices to create a reception just right for them. This means we’ve created extensive menus with an array of options to put together a customized menu. If you have a culinary vision not found in our menus, let’s talk! We’re often able to work together to make your dream dinner a reality.

Our beverage catering division, Mintahoe Beverage Services offers complete professional beverage services at our exclusive venues as well as a variety of event spaces around the Twin Cities. We offer full packages as well as specialty offerings including Bloody Mary and Custom Champagne bars. We can even create signature cocktails for your reception!

Do you offer dinner stations?

Mintahoe food station’s  were featured on Food Network’s “Best of Catering Show” and Apples Catering is known for introducing the Twin Cities market to the classic “mashed martini bar.” We continue to have an impressive selection of Chef Performance Station - including our latest popular additions - “Noodle Bowls” and “Skewers on the Rocks.”
