What types of bridal wear do you offer (gowns, formalwear, flower girl dresses, accessories, etc)?

Here at Macy’s Bridal Salon by Demetrios we offer everything the bridal party needs: gorgeous bridal gowns, bridesmaids dresses, mother of the bride and flower girl dresses for every style and price point. Our accessories include: custom couture veils, unique fascinator and head pieces, as well as jewelry.

What bridal gown designers do you carry?

We are the only Demetrios Salon in Minnesota carrying exclusive wedding gowns by: Demetrios, Jorge Perez de la Habana, Elianna Moore, Cosmobella and Oreasposa.

Do you offer any bridal wear services?

Yes, our alterations are available right in our salon. We are always receiving outstanding feedback from our brides about our seamstresses’ impeccable work and we truly believe they are the best in town. We also work closely with Macy’s Intimates department to ensure finding the proper undergarments for your dress.

Macy’s Bridal Salon by Demetrios wants a bride’s experience to be intimate and unmatched. Our consultants approach is professional and authentic because we want our brides to walk away going “Wow!” We strive to be a fashion forward salon where our clients will know they have a look that no one else will have.

What type of wedding accessories do you carry?

We have everything a bride needs to complete her look. We offer various designer veils, head pieces, fascinators, belts, and one of a kind jewelry. We carry brands that are exclusive to just our salon and offer other lines that can be custom ordered.

Do you require an appointment to try on dresses?

Walk-ins are always welcome. Appointments are recommended.

Are on-site alterations available?

We have two amazing seamstresses that have been doing bridal alterations for over 25 years with us. Alterations are done by appointment only and take place in our private fitting rooms. Rest assured knowing your dress never has to be transported out of our space and all alterations are done on site.

Do you offer gown preservation?

No, we do not offer it here at our salon. However we work closely with Polly at Treasured Garment Restoration (www.treasuredgarmentrestoration.com) and offer referrals for the preservation and cleaning of your gown after your big day.

How long does it typically take from the time you order a dress to the time it arrives?

Our gowns are special order and take about four to six months to be made and arrive depending on the dress. Rush times are available depending on the dress.

Will you store my gown until the week before the wedding? Will it be pressed when I pick it up?

Here at Macy’s Bridal Salon by Demetrios we have ample storage to keep your dress safe and secure until your big day. There is no fee for storing your dress with us and we are happy to keep it for you as long as you like. We do a preliminary steaming for all dress when they arrive and we provide final pressing for brides who have done alterations with us.
