What is your philosophy towards working with brides?

We strive to create a welcoming environment and work with the conviction that it is the bride's day, her dream, and her dress.

What bridal gown designers do you carry?

We carry the finest couture bridal gowns by designers Justin Alexander, Enzoani, Sarah Danielle, Wtoo, Martina Liana, Anne Barge, Anne Barge La Fleur, Liancarlo, Anna Maier/Ulla-Maija, Elma Reis, Nicole Miller and Kenneth Pool.

What bridal attendant designers do you carry?

We carry bridesmaids' dresses by Melissa Sweet, Priscilla of Boston, Siri, Love by Enzoani, Wtoo, Dessy, and After Six. We also have several beautiful dresses and separates for Mothers.

Do you carry flower girl dresses?

Yes. We carry flower girl dresses by Dessy and Wtoo.

Do you carry formalwear?

Yes. The TuxRoom carries a wide selection of tuxedos ranging from moderately priced to the latest designer collections in formalwear.

What type of wedding accessories do you carry?

We carry beautiful custom jewelry, headpieces, and veils by Christina Garcia, custom veils by Jennifer Leigh, and jewelry by Icing Couture. We also carry invitations by Carlson Craft and award-winning Crazy Daisy Designs.

Do you require an appointment to try on dresses?

We prefer to work by appointment, especially for bridal gown selection. That way we can be sure to have a consultant available to work one-on-one with the bride to give her the attention she deserves. However, walk-ins are always welcome to browse.

Are on-site alterations available?

Bridal Accents Couture does not do alterations. However, Kim's Tailoring, located near us in the Bridal Retreat, specializes in wedding gowns, and does beautiful work.

Do you offer gown preservation?

Yes.

How long does it typically take from the time you order a dress to the time it arrives?

Approximately 5 to 6 months, as the gowns are custom-made to each bride. Ideally, a wedding gown should be ordered 9 months before the event. Sometimes rush orders can be accommodated.

Will you store my gown until the week before the wedding?

Unfortunately, we cannot store gowns for customers.

Will it be pressed when I pick it up?

No. This is normally done by your alterations specialist after hemming or alterations are completed.
